Episode 1: Vegan Road Trip

Our first episode of Swords2Plowshares Podcast is on a road trip from Orlando, Florida to Providence, Rhode Island with Justin Vizaro and his dog Osito. Justin is a traveling nomad who lives out of his vehicle and he volunteered to take a seven day vegan challenge where I show him how to eat vegan while on the road. In this episode we discuss: how to eat vegan on a budget, advantages of being vegan, common reasons for going (and staying) vegan, living with intentionality, meat and dairy alternatives, eating vegan while traveling, and many tips for being vegan.
